Agreement and Acceptance
By using EL ROI Home Care Services and our website, you agree to these terms. Please review them carefully.
Payment Policies:
- Payments accepted via checks and credit cards.
- Billing is processed weekly.
- A $35 fee applies for bounced checks or declined payments.
- Clients agree to pay invoices promptly.
- If you have billing disputes or questions, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your invoice for quick resolution.
Scope of Services:
EL ROI Home Care Services provides:
- Non-medical in-home care
- Companion care
- Personal care assistance
- Respite care
- Alzheimer’s and dementia care
- 24-hour and live-in home care services
Our care is delivered in your home or residential setting and does not include invasive medical procedures, clinical nursing, or medical treatments beyond caregiver qualifications.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients and families agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete health and personal information.
- Ensure caregivers have a safe, respectful home environment.
- Notify us promptly about changes in health or care needs.
- Follow agreed-upon payment terms.
Caregiver Responsibilities:
Our caregivers commit to:
- Deliver compassionate, reliable care outlined in your care plan.
- Respect client privacy, confidentiality, and dignity.
- Promptly communicate concerns or needed adjustments.
- Maintain professionalism, ethical behavior, and compliance with EL ROI Home Care standards.
Termination Policy:
- Clients may end services by providing 30 days’ written notice.
- EL ROI Home Care may terminate services immediately if:
o Safety risks arise for caregivers or clients.
o Payments are not received as agreed.
o Clients or family members engage in unsafe or inappropriate behavior towards caregivers.
Refund Policy:
If services paid in advance are canceled (with proper 30-day notice), remaining prepaid amounts can be refunded. Please discuss your specific situation directly with us for further clarification.
